Here you can explore the twisting and narrow streets of the Ribeira quarter, famous for its life, character and numerous monuments, or visit one of the many port wine lodges on the bank of Douro river. Why not take a boat cruise? Or, you may prefer the beaches at Vila do Conde only 30km away, or Caldas da Saúde with its thermal waters only 10km away.
